Spot Cleaning:

• Spot wipe walls · Doors · Mirrors & glass surfaces

High‑Touch Sanitizing:

• Sanitize remotes · Light switches · Outlet covers · Door handles · Remotes · Other common touch points · Stools · Non‑porous chair seats

Bedrooms:

• Strip & wash all bedding (based on request)
• Restage with fresh linens & properly fluffed pillows
• Dust & disinfect all surfaces (nightstands, lamps, dressers)
• Check under beds for items or trash (if reachable)
• Dust, clean & vacuum closets
• Check drawers & storage spaces for personal items

Kitchen:

• Check and refill applicable items: paper towels, towels, soaps, sanitizers, sponges (*add additional items as needed)
• Clean & disinfect countertops & backsplash 
• Wipe off countertop items
• Clean exterior of cabinet & drawer fronts
• Wipe exterior of trash cans
• Clean interior of microwave 
• Add used dishes to dishwasher and run cycle (or put away if guests are instructed to wash before checkout)
• Clean, dry & polish sinks & faucets
• Clean & polish stove
• Wipe & polish exterior of appliances (microwave, oven, fridges, dishwasher)
• Spot wipe fridge & freezer, discarding left-behind items

Bathroom:

• Restock essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels 
• Remove all bath rugs, mats & towels
• Clean & disinfect countertops
• Clean, disinfect & dry sinks, showers & tubs
• Polish faucets & shower/tub handles
• Clean & disinfect inside, outside, around & behind the toilet
• Clean & polish mirrors & glass surfaces
• Clean exterior of cabinets & drawer fronts
• Wipe exterior of trash cans

Living / Common Areas & Hallways:

• Restage throw blankets, pillows, and décor
• Dust and disinfect coffee tables, side tables, consoles, and shelving
• Straighten books, magazines, and décor items
• Check under sofas and chairs for trash or left-behind items
• Vacuum upholstery, under cushions & under furniture
• Shake out and vacuum entry/area rugs (not large or heavy)
• Vacuum carpets and rugs (including edges & corners)

Laundry Area:

• Clean exterior of washer and dryer
• Clean & disinfect countertops & backsplash
• Wipe exterior of cabinets & drawers

Trash & Linens

• Remove trash from all bins · Replace liners · Replace or reset linens as provided

Floors & Rugs

• Vacuum carpets, rugs & mats (including edges & corners) · Shake out & vacuum entry or area mats (not large or heavy) · Sweep, vacuum & mop hardwood or hard-surface floors
